These large, round ice cubes are great! Just make sure the edges of the mold are sealed tightly. Pinch around the circle and it snaps together. I have not had any negative issues at all as mentioned in other reviews. I over fill the spheres then I put my fingers on the holes and turn the tray over to get the extra water out of the tray. Easiest thing ever and my guests think they are awesome. Any imperfections disappear as soon as you pour the drink over them.

Really cool idea.
These things are great! I ordered 2 of the 2 packs and they shipped right away. The individual 2 packs were packaged very nice in black boxes. Each individual ice mold was wrapped in a sealed bag. The molds open easily and are easy to work with. Making the ice ball is easy. I'm experimenting to find the best way to make clear ice balls. Distilled water, no. Filtered water, no. So far, I've been successful in making clear ice balls by filling the mold and then inverting it and suspending it at the top of a larger body of water. I have yet to try the boiled or double boiled water method. Once I find the best method for this there are many other things to try to make ice ball out of.
Update: So far, the best method for clear ice balls has been the inverted in an Igloo cooler method. I have purchased a total of 6 Artic Chill Ice Ball Molds and make 6 spheres at a time. Takes a minimum of 24 hours per batch. Keep in mind, ice evaporates so storage of the ice balls will result in some deformation over time. The only negative is drinking more so I can enjoy the super clear ice spheres I've made.
